These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, products, and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Company Information

Coles Meal Prep is a ready-made food catering company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We specialize in supplying fresh, healthy, and nutritionally balanced meals to individuals and businesses.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to provide accurate information regarding ingredients, nutritional values, and product availability. However, availability is subject to change without prior notice.


Definitions:

- Meal Plans: Any plan, package, service, or product confirmed by the client.

- Dashboard: The online client portal used to manage subscriptions, preferences, and account details.

- Nutrition Coach: A qualified team member who may conduct nutrition assessments and provide guidance.

- Delivery Schedule: Meals are delivered 3 days per week for the duration of the selected plan.


3. General Conditions

By completing registration or subscribing to a meal plan, clients agree to these Terms for the duration of their plan and any renewal.

Health & Safety:

- Coles Meal Prep does not provide medical advice; clients should consult their physician if they have health conditions.

- Our facilities are not fully gluten-free. Cross-contamination may occur.

- Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists if they have allergies or dietary restrictions.


Account & Communication

- Clients will be assigned an Account Manager for support.

- Clients may receive SMS/email updates unless they opt out.

- Clients are responsible for safeguarding account login details.


Right to Refuse Service

We may decline service to clients with conditions requiring specialized dietary monitoring.


4. Orders & Payment

- Orders must be placed through our website or approved sales representatives.

- Prices are listed in AED and may include applicable taxes.

- Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before plan start or renewal.

- Additional balances from upgrades must be paid within 48 hours.

- Payments are strictly non-refundable, but plans may be transferred with written approval.

- Discount rules apply as published.

- Referral rewards may apply.

- Complimentary days have no cash value and apply only after paid days are complete.

- Clients must ensure safe meal collection and storage below 5°C.


5. Delivery

- We deliver across major UAE cities.

- Delivery windows are approximate; exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

- Changes to delivery timing/location must be submitted 48 hours in advance.


6. Pausing Policy

Clients may pause their active meal plan under the following conditions:

- A pause request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.

- Requests submitted less than 48 hours before delivery will result in forfeiture of the next two delivery days.

- Approved pauses extend the plan by the number of paused days (excluding forfeited days).

- Pauses must be communicated to the assigned Account Manager.

- Multiple pauses are permitted within the boundaries of the purchased plan duration.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, product descriptions, and website materials is owned by Coles Meal Prep.


8. Changes to terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
